Smoked Pork Carnitas Tacos & Mexican Style Rice and Beans
Mexican pork carnitas are given a smokey wonderful smokey flavor after eight hours in our smoker (with help from Master Smoker, Darren Washington) then finished in the oven. Our tacos are served with all of the toppings. Cabbage, pico de galo salsa, radishes, and cojita cheese. We are pairing the tacos with Mexican style rice and beans.
