Thai Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Jasmine Coconut Rice, and a Crunchy Thai Slaw
Tender chicken marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chili paste, ginger, garlic, basil, coriander and turmeric. It is then skewered and cooked. Our handmade peanut dipping sauce is the perfect companion. The coconut rice and crunch Thai slaw (also with a peanut dressing) make the meal complete. *This meal contains nuts.

Our Cuban sandwich with its origins from the island of Cuba as early as the 1860s. We are filling soft rolls with slices of tender pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles. The sandwich is served with a herbed Cuban black bean salad. The salad is filled with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and red bell peppers. It is tossed in a lime and cumin dressing.
