Mulligatawny is Kramer's favorite soup in Seinfeld. Perfectly balanced and intoxicatingly fragrant, this luscious curry-flavored dish combines an aromatic blend of Indian spices, garlic and chicken simmered to perfection in a fragrant broth of diced onions, carrots, celery, apple and potato thickened with rice, yogurt, and cream. Hearty, delicious and absolutely divine, Kramer isn't the only one who adores this soup. It's pretty hard to resist. It is covered with a béchamel sauce then baked. The Greek salad is filled with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, feta, and kalamata olives. Vegetarian - Tender lentils replace the beef and lamb. Combined with the spices, tomatoes, and pasta it is just as delicious as its counterpart.
